2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The issue involved in the present writ petition appears to be in the nature of a public interest. 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioners to file a Public Interest Litigation in accordance with the Rules framed in that regard. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
