ORDER:
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- <…to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in withholding the payment of amounts payable to the petitioner in relation to the execution of works under <Neeru Chettu= Program vide Agreement Nos.3373/18-19 dated 22-10-2018, 1358/18-19 dated 23-05- 2018 and 1359/18-19 dated 23-05-2018, which were approved for payment long back and uploaded in CFMS and approved by the 8th respondent in the CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System), as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith pay the approved amounts in respect of execution works of afore mentioned agreements along with interest from the date of approved bills,….=
2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 18.04.2022, this Court was pleased to pass the following interim direction in I.A.No.1 of 2022:

3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, Smt.S.Sravana Sandhya, learned counsel representing Mr.A.Sai Rohit, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that, pending writ petition, the respondent authorities have paid the amounts due to the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
