Heard Sri Alapati lalith Nikhil, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Police are unnecessarily interfering in internal affairs of the Society relating to elections and management etc. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioners vide Crime No.114 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 426 r/w 34 IPC and 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further would submit that Crime No.280 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 336(3), 340(2) of BNS has been registered against the 1st petitioner. 4 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
