The present application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant Amresh @ Rinku Pandey with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0349 of 2020, under Section 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act and Section 3(2) (v) of S.C./S.T. Act, registered at Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.19272 of 2021 (Amresh @ Rinku Pandey vs. State of U.P.). 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application be dismissed as infructuous. 6.
