IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 923 of 2025 Dilchand Yadav, aged about 26 years, son of Suraj Yadav, resident of village- Singho, P.O.- Gumgi, P.S.- Tisri, District- Giridih. … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. S. K. Murtty, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Mohua Palit, A.P.P. --- 02/05.02.2025 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No.80 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109/352/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Ruby, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih. On 26.11.2024, the petitioner along with co-accused are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant by rod and when he fell down, they are alleged to have run over their vehicle on the injured. From the impugned order, it appears that the injured have suffered grievous injury on his left clavicle, right fifth rib, left wrist and lower end of radius bone. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
