The present appeal has been filed seeking direction to quash the impugned order dated 30.09.2021. 2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that the grievance of the appellant has been redressed. Hence both the parties compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in this appeal for adjudication. 3. The contesting parties to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement, proposed by the parties. 4. A copy of this docket/compromise arrived at by the parties be made part of this record. 5.
