Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14th February, 2025 for attachment which according to him is discriminatory in nature on account of arbitrary exercise of power of respondent Nos.- 6 & 7. In the considered view of the Court, the matter can be directed to be examined by the District Development Officer, District Azamgarh and accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the the petitioner to approach District Development Officer, Azamgarh, namely respondent No.- 5 by making a fresh representation raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks from today and in the event he makes such representation as directed herein above, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
