The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that Ext.P1 can be considered by the competent authority within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that the competent among the respondents shall consider Ext.P1 in accordance with the law and take a decision thereon within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
