Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the judgment of the Writ Court stands complied with and the petitioner has been paid arrears of back wages amounting to Rs. 19,88,533.29/- after deducting applicable tax and her pension case has also been processed. He has also submitted that arrears of the pension have also been transferred in the account of the petitioner. In this regard, he has produced a copy of communication dated 24.03.2025 addressed by the respondent-Bank to the counsel. The said communication is taken on record. 2. Mr. P. N. Goja, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner upon instructions has confirmed the aforesaid fact. 3. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings stand closed. The petition is disposed of.
