The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) particularly writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent's particularly respondent no. 3 to send to this Hon'ble Court all records appertaining to application dated 17.10.2023 of the petitioner with regard to the registrations of the gift deed prepared in the favour of the son of the petitioner for the transfer of the ancestral property of the petitioner situated at Mauza-Birbir, Thana No.175, Khata No.39, Plot No. 383, Measuring 44 Decimals, Muffasil, Hazaribagh. (ii) For a direction upon the respondent no.3 i.e., the Sub Registrar, Hazaribagh to process the application of the petitioner dated 17.10.2023 for registrations of the gift deed in the favour of the son of the petitioner. (iii). For a direction upon the respondent no.3 i.e., to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 17.10.2023 filed by the petitioner for registrations of the gift deed in favour of the son of the petitioner for the transfer of the ancestral property of the petitioner situated at Mauza-Birbir, Thana No.175, Khata No.39, Plot No. 383, Measuring 44 Decimals, Muffasil, Hazaribagh. 3. The description of land is as follows:- “Mauza-Birbir, Thana No.175, Khata No.39, Plot No. 383, Measuring 44 Decimals, Muffasil, Hazaribagh.” 2025:JHHC:28491 4. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent No.3, wherein, it has been stated that appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law, if the petitioner approaches before the registering authority. 5. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the registering authority within a period of six weeks from today.
