This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i-direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision no. 1923/2024 (Ashutosh Sharma & others Vs. Km. Gunjan Sharma) within stipulated period. ii-direct the parties not to create any third party alienate over the land in question during the pendency of the aforesaid revision before the Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that revision is pending since 2024 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2 - Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly to consider and decide the revision, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
