Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay compensation amount as per clause 6 (जह प जक ज) of the said notification within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that husband of petitioner late Keshav Tigga was working as labourer for collecting the Tendu leaves and working under respondent No.3 and 6. He contended that he died in the road accident, therefore, petitioner, wife of deceased submitted an application for disbursement of amount of group insurance under Social Security Insurance Scheme (Annexure P-1), however, till date no order has been passed, therefore, a direction be issued to respondents No.2, 3 and 6 to take decision on the claim of petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he is not representing those respondents. 4. Considering the nature of grievance raised in this petition and further that petitioner has already submitted an application before respondent No.2, which is still pending consideration, in the opinion of this Court no purpose will be served keeping this petition pending seeking reply from the respondents in fact it would be in interest of justice to direct the respondents No.2 to take into consideration the application/ representation submitted by petitioner within specified time. 3 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the application/representation submitted by petitioner expeditiously preferably within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if already not decided. 6.
