According to petitioner, next promotional post available to him is that of Deputy Director (Statistics). His further case is that he is a person with disability having one leg only. 3. Grievance raised by petitioner is that no identification has been done as per Section 33 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. He submits that because of non identification of any vacancy on the post of Deputy Director (Statistics) for a person having one leg, petitioner is deprived of his right to be considered for promotion. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that if that is so, then petitioner could have approached the competent authority by making representation. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If petitioner makes representation to the competent authority within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken thereupon within four months thereafter.
