In course of demarcation of the land by the local R.I., it was found that the land in question has been handed over to B.S.N.L., for construction of its building. The petitioner therefore, submitted a detailed representation addressed to the Collector and other officials on 08.10.2025, copy of which is enclosed as Annexure-1 to the writ application. Said representation has not been considered as yet. 4. Since it is for the concerned authority to examine and take a decision in the matter, the writ application is disposed of directing the Collector, Angul to look into the matter as laid in the representation submitted by the petitioner and take a decision as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from today after Md.
