For the Informant: Mr. Onkar Nath Tiwari, Advocate --- 03 / 06.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tisri P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 11 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Miss Ruby, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 15.09.2024, husband of the Informant went missing. On 16.09.2024 at about 7.00 a.m., dead body of her husband was recovered from a place near Belwana Soti. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, slipper of the deceased which was hidden in the bush near the place of occurrence, was recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the Informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that slipper of the deceased was identified by the brother of the deceased. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
