As the Petitioner herein had also filed Criminal Petition No.100705./2025 seeking for Quashing of the entire proceedings in the above said Crime number and this Hon'ble Court has after hearing the matter has granted interim order of stay of further proceedings, therefore, petitioner doesn't want to prosecute the present petition. Hence, petitioner herein may kindly be permitted to withdraw captioned Petition with the liberty to file fresh Petition, if need arises.
