ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or direction or
order, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the 3rd Respondent police in harassing the Petitioners by calling to the Police Station under the guise of investigation in F.I.R. No.46 of 2021, dated 11/02/2021 for the offences under Section-120B, 406, 409, 417, 420, 426, r/w. Section- 34 of I.P.C., Section-156(3) of Cr.P.C., registered by the 3rd respondent Police Station, basing on a complaint of K.Dhanunjaya Reddy, S/o. Radha Krishna Reddy, resident of Nellore District, which was registered against the accused therein inspite of production of the documents and appearances through their staff and the recording the statements by it further representation dated 9-3-2021 and 15-3-2021 with documents sent to the respondents 2 and 3 in pursuance of the Summons issued under Section-91 and 160 of Cr.P.C. dated 24/02/2021 and 03/03/2021 by 3rd respondent to the petitioner, again continuously calling and harassing the petitioners without any manner of right or interest as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the procedure established under Law and Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.3 and 4, not to harass the Petitioners by calling to the Police Station and asking them to sit from morning to evening and intervene with the discharging of their duties as Bank Officers in the Bank, and pass…”
2. Sri Hanumantha Rao Bachina, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioners is that the police officials are calling the Bank Officials to appear in the police station everyday and keeping them in the police station whole day in the name of investigation.

3. As can be seen from the record, this Court passed an Interim protection to the petitioners vide Orders dated 26.03.2021, directing the respondent Nos.2 & 3, not to insist the presence of the Bank Officials at the police station.
4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance.
5. In that light, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim Order as absolute. There shall be no order as to costs.
