On perusal of the order dated 11th August, 2025 it is revealed that in the second and third paragraphs instead of “The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on spouse medical grounds. In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Purulia shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, Purulia and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.” it should be read as ““The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on medical grounds.
