Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted report received from I Town Police Station, Vizianagaram, informing the death of the petitioner along with photocopy of death certificate. The death certificate indicates that the petitioner died on 02.05.2021. 3. Though the petitioner died in the year 2021, the legal representatives of deceased petitioner have not come on record to proceed with the matter, which clearly depicts that the legal representatives are not interested to pursue the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
