It is the case of the petitioner that he was posted as Assistant Teacher, LT Grade (English) in Government Girls Secondary School, Jawahar Jyoti, Damuadhunga, District Nainital. It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the service record, the length of service rendered by her in remote area has not been correctly reflected. The petitioner gave representation to rectify the error, but it has not been acted upon. Therefore, now the petitioner seeks directions that the representation dated 26.10.2024, Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within four weeks from today.
