This Writ petition was filed on 24.09.2021 and came up for hearing on 18.10.2021. On that day, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for some time to amend the cause title thereafter, this matter was again listed on 02.07.2025, on that day, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today when the matter was called twice in the first half and subsequently in the second half, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner nor any representation is made. 2. From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner is challenging a communication dated 02.07.2021 (Annexure P/1) by which certain teachers have been nominated to work as Cluster Academic Coordinator. From perusal of the cause title it also appears that at the time of filing of this writ petition, i.e. in the year 2021, the petitioner was aged about 59 years and after laps of about 4 years, he must have retired from his service after attaining the age of superannuation. 3. Considering the above stated facts and as no one appeared nor representation is made on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the petition fails and is hereby dismissed. No costs.
