On 02.12.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by way of counter, submitted that the 6th respondent herein has conducted investigation properly and transparently by examining the witnesses, seizing necessary objects and forwarded the same to the RFSL and SFSL for examination. He would further submit that at the time of filing of counter, the investigation is still pending for collection of analysis report of FSL, Mangalagiri and no vital material evidence is available in suspecting the suicidal death of the deceased as homicidal death. The matter was adjourned to today, for getting the latest instructions regarding the stage of the investigation, by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 4 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on receipt of the latest instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and the case was >dropped? in this matter. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
