(3)As on date, the properties are cleared and are completely fenced with barbed wires and poles. The total extent of property is about 52 acres at Ayanambakkam Village. (4)This Court has taken note of possible impediments and has permitted learned AG&OT to get the revenue records straight and issued several directions earlier. Taking note of the fact that the extent and value of lands, proper advertisement is required to get a fair market price towards annual lease. (5)Considering the fact that a few requests have come for 30 years, learned AG&OT is required to fix the minimum upset price that is the minimum annual rent / lease amount accordingly. (6)Considering the nature of advertisement to be made and the wide publicity required in order to attract more bidders, learned AG&OT is permitted to spend the amount which is required to meet the cost of publishing the auction notice widely and other incidental expenses, from and out of the funds of C.Kandasamy Naidu Trust.
