Without going into the merits of the matter, upon persuasion of the Court, the parties Mr. Mukesh Marwaha (petitioner), represented by Mr. Shobhit Gupta, Advocate, and Mr. Harish Sharma (respondent) represented by Mr. Jay Kishor Singh and Mr. Mohit Raj, Advocates, have made sincere attempts to ensure an amicable resolution in the matter. Mr. Mukesh Marwaha (petitioner) and Mr. Harish Sharma (respondent) are present in Court. 2. The settlement, which has been arrived at, is as under: (i) Mr. Harish Sharma (respondent) will hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the subject property bearing no. WZ-11A, Main Road, Lajwanti Garden, New Delhi-110046 i.e. Shop no. 1 & 2 to Mr. Mukesh Marwaha (petitioner) on or before 31st July 2026; This is a digitally signed order. The rent shall be paid in the designated bank account of petitioner, which is as under: <A/c No. 15642000001911, IFSC : HDFC0003992, HDFC Bank Ltd., House No.4, East Avenue Road, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026= 4.
