By the present writ petition, the petitioner who has completed the work of digging of 20 borewell in 22 wards under the Nagar Panchayat Mungeli, under the work order dated 05.01.2023, but in spite of the completion of work no payment has been made by the Nagar Panchayat till date, though there is no dispute to the work done by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel, Mr Shukla appearing on advance copy for Nagar Panchayat on instruction submits that the grievance of the petitioner will be remedied and the payment towards the work done by the petitioner under the work order dated 05.01.2023 will be made within a period of 50 days. 3.
