The petitioner had already submitted Ext.P2 representation before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the 1st respondent to take decision thereon within a timeframe. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 1st respondent shall place Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd respondent Traffic Regulatory Committee without any delay and thereupon a decision on the same shall be taken by the Traffic Regulatory Committee after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6.
