Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that this Court by Order dated 06.07.2022 in IA No.1 of2022 directed respondent No.3 to consider the Petitioner’s representations dated 24.6.2021, 12.07.2021 and 26.7.2021. Accordingly, respondent No.3 by order dated 10.4.2023, directed the respondents to enquiry into the matter and submit report. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, visited the Pesaravai village, Gadivemula Mandal, made enquiries, recorded the statements of some of villagers and government officials and submitted enquiry report to respondent No.3 along with threat perception report of the Petitioner, which reveal that the petitioner has no life threat from the accused or any others. Hence, no need to provide personal security to the Petitioner and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent No.3 is directed to take necessary steps to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioner till disposal of the case which is pending before the Trial Court. Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh application to respondent authorities as and when required. No
order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
