This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for following relief(s):- i. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to call for the entire record for kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court. 2 ii. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider and decide the representation/Annexure-P/3 iii. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for the grant of benefits of Kramonnati Vetanman on completion of 10 years of services in view/light of the order passed by the Hon’ble Division bench in the of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others passed in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 on 28.02.2024 (Annexure P/3) and also in view of the circular/order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P1) issued by the State Government of Chhattisgarh. iv. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to give all the consequential benefits to the petitioner including the arrears of pay with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of the completion of 10 years of services til the actual payment of Kramonnati Vetanman within a stipulated period. v. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to disposed of the instant petiton with the similar line as ordered passed in the case of Smt. Sona Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others passed in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 on 28.02.2024. vi.Any other reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was initially appointed on 30.06.1995 and since then, the petitioner discharged his duty with utter sincerity to the satisfaction of his higher authority. That the petitioner retired from the service on 31.10.2024 from the post of Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Bade Kanera, Kondagaon, District – Kondagaon, C.G. As per the Policy issued by the State Government, the petitioner is entitled to get the benefit of 3 increased Kramonnati Vetanman on completion of 10 years. Whereas the petition has completed 29 years of service, and is deprived from the benefit of Kramonnati Vetanman but, the respondent authority has not granted the benefits of increased pay scale in view of the circular dated 10.03.2017 issued by the State Government, wherein the petitioner is entitled, thereafter the petitioner had made a representation before the authority on date 24.08.2024, but the authority failed to consider and decide the representation. Hence, this petition. 4. The claim of the petitioner is with regard to grant of Kramonnati Vetanman. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to award of Kramonnati Vetanman some circular has also been issued by the respondent-State. Apart from this, Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 has also considered the identical issue. Petitioner is entitled for Kramonnati Vetanman. He further submit that at present this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents No. 2 and 3/complete authority in light of order passed by this Court in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 dated 28.02.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition at this stage is disposed of in the terms of order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 261 of 2023 as well as order passed by Cordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No. 6031 of 2024. 4 7. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
