At the very outset, it is represented by Mr. Debalaya Bhattacharjee, learned senior counsel for the respondents, that the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in WP(C) 598 of 2024 has already been complied with. In support of such submission, a communication dated 28.08.2025 has been placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt petition stands closed.
It is needless to observe that in the event the petitioners are still aggrieved with regard to the compliance made by the respondents, they shall be at liberty to approach the competent court in accordance with law.
