I.A.No. 1 OF 2025 The present application is filed by the petitioner- accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, while granting pre-arrest bail to him by order dated 27-06-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 5646 of 2025, whereby the petitioner-accused was directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. till filing of charge sheet. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner-accused has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. In the light of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the condition of appearance imposed by this Court by order dated 27-06-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 5646 of 2025 is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the investigating officer as and when required, as charge sheet has not yet been filed, till filing of charge sheet. 4.
