1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 06.11.2023 passed in MCRC No. 6671 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Naresh Kashyap had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.01.08 11:30:56 +0530
2 the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 20.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that due to clerical error, the case could not be resolved within the prescribed period of six months.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
