1. The present petition has been filed seeking following relief(s):-
“10.1 direct the concerned police authority to remove the photograph of the Petitioner from the list of gangsters, Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 from police station Sheorinarayan, District Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) and /or 10.2 and/or direct the police department to dispose/decide the representations dated 11.08.2024 (Annexure P/2), 14.10.2024 (Annexure P/3) & 04.11.2024 (Annexure P/4), within stipulated time frame, in accordance with law. 10.3 or any other relief as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscious.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner’s photograph has been pasted in the concerned police station along with others in the gunda badmash list and he has made representation to the Superintendent of Police concerned on 14- 10-2024, copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure-P/3 which has been received on the same date by the office concerned and also to the higher authority, but the same has not been decided yet.
3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent
of
Police,
District
