This modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26321 of 2025, wherein, in the ‘cause title’ of the said order father’s name of the petitioner has been inadvertently typed as ‘Mageshwar Yadav’ in place of ‘Nageshwar Yadav’. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 05.05.2025, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court. 4. Let father’s name of the petitioner typed as ‘Mageshwar Yadav’ in the cause title of order dated 05.05.2025 Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33836 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 be read as ‘Nageshwar Yadav’ in place of ‘Mageshwar Yadav’ in the cause title. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed. 6. The order dated 05.05.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26321 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. 7.
