This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in allotting the land of the tank bed in Division No.31 of Kogantivaripalem Agraharam Village, Achempet Mandal and Guntur District, for housing purpose under Navaratnalu Andariki Illu Scheme and for construction of the hospital. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 4. It is to be seen that, as per the directions of this Court dated 10.08.2021, the advocate commissioner also filed his report. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to deal with the subject land in Division No.31 of Kogantivaripalem Agraharam Village, Achempet Mandal and Guntur District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
