She seeks direction upon respondent no.2 to allow opening of the slaughter house. She draws attention to application dated 4th April, 2025 made by her client to the District Magistrate. She submits, favourable consideration of the application is what her client wants. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's application dated 4th April, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the application to said respondent. The District Magistrate will look into petitioner's complaint regarding the slaughter house being closed and, for permission to re-open and run it.
