P R K AMERANDRA KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent authorities in not taking action against respondent no.5 in constructing a church in Survey No.109/2, 5th ward, Venkatapuram Village, contrary to the sanctioned plan obtained for residential house, despite making written complaint dated 11.06.2023 and 21.07.2023. 2. The matter is of the year 2023. Neither the official respondents nor respondent no.5 filed counter-affidavit and they have been seeking time persistently. 3. In view of the above, there is no purpose in keeping this writ petition pending and the same can be disposed of giving suitable directions to the authorities. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authority to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner dated 11.02.2026 and 21.07.2023 and take necessary action, in case the respondent no.5 is running a church without obtaining necessary permission in accordance with law. In case the contents of the complaints are found not true, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner in writing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, not later than three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
