Perused the representation filed by the petitioner which is annexed at page no. 32 of the writ petition as well as averment made in the writ petition. From the perusal of the same, it is apparent that the dispute of the petitioner is with private respondents regarding pond in dispute. The allegation in the writ petitioner as well as representation regarding connivance of respondent authorities, is wholly vague as the petitioner has not specify as to which of the authority or which revenue officer is in collusion with the respondents. In the representation, even the name of the persons have not been given who are interfering with the possession. 4. Writ petition as made is wholly vague and no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 5.
