Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that father of the Petitioner Lomesh Singh Dhruw has expired in harness, as such the Digitally signed by GOPAL SINGH Date: 2025.01.29 18:36:44 +0530
2 son of late employee has filed an application for compassionate appointment, however, according to the provision applicable, she could not clear the same and, therefore, out of 2 chances, she has availed 2 chances for getting appointment. Thereafter, the present petitioner has moved the instant petition, however, she could not clear her third chance to be appointed as she failed in the physical examination.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that now the Petitioner is willing to file 4th application for grant of compassionate appointment, but, she apprehends that she could not get success in that race as there is a physical test available in which she has to complete 1600 meter race in specific time, but, she is unable to complete the same, as such by way of this petition, she prays that she may be given some lower post and she will try her level best to complete the same. She also prays that the Respondents may be
directed to consider her application and grant relaxation in accordance with law to which Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has no objection. Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that relaxation as is granted under the rules will be followed and if the Petitioner completes as per the rules and guidelines meant for compassionate appointment in the Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF), she will be considered for compassionate appointment in accordance with law and rules as applicable.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction that if the Petitioner files an application for compassionate appointment for lower position, i.e., Multi
3 Tasking Staff (MTS), then the same shall be considered in accordance with law while giving applicable relaxation under the rules.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition is
