Heard Sri K. Mallikarjuna Murthy, Ld. Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited (APHCL) appearing for the Respondent No.2 and Sri G. Naveen, Ld. Asst. Government Pleader for Housing. 3. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as follows: <Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent No.2 to 4 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner herein from the land admeasuring 1416.66 Sq. Yards bearing Plot Nos. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 in Sy.No.768/2, situated at Kallur village and Mandal, Kurnool District, without issuing any notice and without following the due process of Law, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess or in any manner interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.= 4. Though this Writ Petition is filed in the year 2014, it was listed only once i.e., on 02.06.2014, wherein this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the Standing Counsel for the Respondent. The above extract of the prayer itself would indicate that the Petitioner was apprehending dispossession and that the no interim protection was granted to the Writ Petitioner by this Court. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the view that no cause survives in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructous. No order as to costs. 3 6.
