This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in investigatipg into FIR No 146/2019 for the offence U/Sec 420 427 468 r/w 34 IPC inspite of forwarding the complaint U/Sec 156 3 Cr P C to the 3rd respondent to investigate the matter and file report by 1772019 as being illegal arbitrary unjust and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to proceed with the investigation and to file report before the concerned Magistrate as expeditiously as possible...”
2. Heard Sri E.Satish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that investigation is completed in this matter and that the matter is referred as civil in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
