Side) ***** ORDER The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(C) and 4(1-A)(ii) of TN Prohibition (Amendment) Act in Crime No.40 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 100 litres wash and 2 litres of ID arrack. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and sought for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
