The direction be made on respondent no.3 (Sub-Registrar, Tehsil-Chail, District-Kaushambi). On query made Mr. Dubey submits, the Sub-Registrar orally refused to register. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Section 76 in Registration Act, 1908 provides for order of refusal by Registrar be made carrying reasons for refusal to register. Petitioner will again present the document before respondent no.3, seeking registration. Said respondent, on such presentation be communicated certified copy of this order.
