Sri.Sanket S.Ambali., counsel for the petitioners and Smt.Kirtilata R.Patil., HCGP for respondents 1 to 6 have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.02.2025 vide Annexure-A and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners to the post of driver from the date of completion of 10 years on daily wages and to grant all the consequently service benefits and retrial benefits along with arrears to the petitioners.

3. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.
4. The Registry is justified in raising the objection regarding the maintainability of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is not maintainable.
5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum, if so advised. The appropriate forum may consider the time spent by the petitioner before this Court.
