Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents-Competent Authority, with regard to the issue raised in the writ petition, within two weeks from today and same be ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some time bound period. 3.
