JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 06/10/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although FIR No.257/2014 registered at Police Station-Sadar, District-Dausa was challenged by the petitioner, yet during the pendency of the petition, the trial has proceeded further. Charges have been framed against the petitioner and prosecution evidence is going on. 2. Under these circumstances, where the FIR was lodged in the year 2014 and after framing the charge, the trial is going on, it would not be appropriate to interfere in the instant criminal miscellaneous petition. In view of above liberty, the criminal miscellaneous petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J DAKSH/3
