Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are owner of the land bearing Khasra No. 17/5, 57/2, 228/3, 228/2, 149/2, 57/1, 149/1, 227/9, 228/1, 228/4, 230/1 total rakba 1.7809 hectares situated at Village Naraibodh, P.H. No. 37, R.I. Circle – Deepka, Tahsil Katghora, District Korba (C.G.) and the said land has been acquired by the respondent SECL under the Coal Bearing Act, but till date compensation has not been paid to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent SECL, Mr. Singh submits that the SECL is ready to pay the compensation amount to the petitioners, however the lands as mentioned in the writ petition are owned by several person and the lands are in joint holding of the petitioners, if the petitioners will submit a detail to whom the amount will be paid by filing a joint afÏdavit before the SECL, the same shall be disbursed within a period of 60 days from today. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent SECL, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioners to submit afÏdavit of the petitioners before the SECL stating that to whom the amount of compensation would be paid by the SECL, on the event of filing of such afÏdavit 4 and request the SECL shall disburse the amount of compensation within a period of 60 days from today. 4.
