pleased toto issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities in intending to acquire an extent of Ac. 2-55 cts in S.No. 185/1A of Vommangi village for the purpose of providing house sites under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki-Illu scheme for the people of Gajjanapudi village belonged to 5th respondent since the land is not suitable and nearly surrounded by poultry farms, is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 19(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently desist the respondents from taking steps to acquire the land referred to supra for house sites IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 to 4 not to proceed to acquire an extent of Ac. 2-55 cts in S.No. 185/1A of Vommangi, Prathipadu Village, East Godavari District pending disposal of the above Writ Petition Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following Order: No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2.
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in intending to acquire an extent of Ac.2.55 cents in S.No.185/1A of Vommangi village, Prathipadu Mandal, for the purpose of providing house sites under <Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illlu= scheme for the people of Gajjanapudi village belonged to 5th respondent since the land is not suitable and nearly surrounded by poultry farms. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent, dated 22.09.2025, submits that the subject land was selected initially for the purpose of providing house sites to the Gajjanapudi beneficiaries, but the subject land is not acquired for providing house sites under the said scheme as another suitable land has been identified nearby the village of Gajjanapudi village of Prathipadu Mandal, on acquisition of land to an extent of Ac.3.47 cents in R.S.No.166/2 and pattas also were distributed during the month of January,
2021. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public

purpose. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
