Case No. 98/2022 arising out of Gamharia P.S. Case No. 12/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 364, 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Seraikella. 3. Son of the informant namely Samir Dhal went missing. Later on, his dead body was recovered. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, the motorcycle which was used in commission of this occurrence and one bloodstained jean was recovered from the house of co-accused Padmalochan Singh. 4. Bail Application of co-accused Padmalochan Singh has been earlier rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. It appears that eight witnesses have been examined in this case. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
