The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent nos.4 to 6. Learned State counsel submits that the necessary investigation in the matter stands conducted. However, she assures the Court that the representation dated 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) will be decided on its receipt, as the same has not been received by the authorities and thereafter a speaking order so passed will be supplied to the petitioners in compliance to the notification No.12/252/2023- 4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Haryana Government. In the light of above, the petition stands disposed off.
