Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. This interlocutory application is filed under Sections 389(1) of the Cr.P.C praying for suspension of the sentence as well as for releasing of the applicant on bail. The applicant, Shri Yomba Ingo, was convicted by the learned Sessions Page No.# 3/3 Judge in Sessions Case No. 01/2019 (corresponding to Aalo P.S. Case No. 68/2016) under Sections 448/365/367/323/34 of the IPC. He was sentenced to undergo three years one month imprisonment. I have gone through the impugned judgment and order. It is hereby directed that the sentence imposed upon the applicant, namely, Shri Yomba Ingo, by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No. 01/2019 shall remain suspended till the disposal of the connected appeal i.e. Crl.A. 22 (AP) of 2024. The applicant, Shri Yomba Ingo, shall be release on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Aalo, West Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh.
